Returns

Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and opened. This policy ensures the safety and hygiene of all our customers.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement or refund by contacting us within 48 hours of delivery.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging are provided as proof

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Replacement

If a replacement is approved, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:
